All design work is completed remotely — no site visit required. On-site visits are available for Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach and Big Sur projects on request.
A focused one-hour video session reviewing your site, goals and design vision. Send site photos, aerial views, measurements and any existing plans before the call. Your fee is credited in full toward your design package.
We confirm the appropriate design tier and fee, and whether an on-site visit to the Peninsula would add value.
