How the design process works
All design work is completed remotely — no site visit required. On-site visits and full construction are available throughout Portugal and Spain, with design services extending across Europe.
A focused one-hour video session reviewing your site, goals and design vision. Send site photos, aerial views, measurements and any existing plans before the call. Your fee is credited in full toward your design package.
We confirm the appropriate design tier and fee. For Portugal and Spain projects we also confirm whether an on-site visit or full build would add value.
Full design developed remotely or with on-site input. All deliverables provided digitally in PDF and CAD formats — ready for your local contractor.
In Portugal and Spain we offer full construction, not just design. Elsewhere in Europe, on-site consultation and design review visits are available. Contact us to discuss.

Frequently asked questions
Do you build natural pools throughout Europe, or only Portugal?
We're based in Lisbon and offer full construction throughout Portugal and Spain. Elsewhere in Europe — France, the UK and beyond — we offer remote design services and on-site consultation, working alongside your local contractor.
Can a local contractor in my country build from your designs?
Yes. Our design documentation is contractor-independent and written to be followed by any licensed local pool contractor or landscape architect. We are happy to liaise directly with your contractor during the design phase.
Why is Portugal a good base for European natural pool design?
Portugal offers a genuine cost advantage over Northern Europe — skilled labour and local natural stone are more accessible — while our Lisbon base means we understand Iberian and Atlantic climates firsthand.
How does payment work?
All consultations and design packages are paid securely online via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
