Eco Resort Pool
Lisbon, Portugal
Limestone Pool Miranda do Corvo, Portugal
A serene limestone biopool with a negative edge and upflow wetland filtration, designed as a private retreat for a retired couple - especially her, an avid swimmer. Every summer, their grandkids arrive in joyful waves, filling the space with laughter and never wanting to leave.

Infinity Edge Pool
Jenner, California
Tucked in the mountains above the charming coastal town of Jenner in Northern California, this natural swimming pool features an infinity edge, a diving stone, and state-of-the-art filtration that keeps the water crystal-clear year-round. A shallow side pool offers the perfect spot for the family dogs to cool off and enjoy the mountain sun.

Granite & Tile Pool
Malibu, California
A beautiful example of a hybrid natural pool design. Blending rustic granite stone along with modern, clean-cut tile yields a unique project that blends in with most any environment. A hot tub is also incorporated into the pool design but has its own separate plumbing and is isolated from the natural pool.

Fieldstone Swimming Pond
San Francisco Garden Show
Built in just three days for the San Francisco Garden Show, this compact yet striking project captures the ideal of natural design—a seamless integration of stone, water, and native planting. Inspired by the rugged beauty of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the cascading Sonoma fieldstone waterfall evokes a scene straight from a mountain setting. A bold 2m x 3m flagstone bridge crosses the flowing water below, anchoring the design with a sculptural yet functional element. Surrounded by native landscaping, this project transforms an exhibition space into a fully immersive waterscape—a testament to what’s possible when artistic vision meets technical precision. Slate Plunge Pool
with Grotto Hot Tub
Carmel Valley Garden Show
Designed and built in just five days for the Carmel Valley Garden Show, held on the grounds of the Carmel Golf Course, this project redefines what a compact natural pool can be. What was once a manicured fairway was transformed into a rugged, nature-inspired sanctuary — something you might stumble upon deep in the remote backcountry, rather than beside a putting green.
At first glance, it appears to be a serene slate plunge pool with flat, water-washed bluestone seating — but a closer look reveals a dramatic twist: a hidden hot tub nestled behind the waterfall, tucked inside a custom-built stone grotto.

The experience is immersive — stepping through cascading water into a private, steamy enclave evokes a powerful sense of discovery and retreat. This bold integration of wellness, engineering, and natural aesthetics earned the project special recognition with the show’s inaugural Innovation Award.
It’s a design that speaks to what’s possible when artistic vision, ecological sensitivity, and craftsmanship converge in a truly original way.
